Singer, songwriter, and Country chart topper Frank Foster will headline this year’s Great Delta Bear Affair. Foster a Louisiana native and former oilfield man, started his musical journey in 2011, acting as his own record label, management and publishing company. He has been very successful with a loyal following of fans, and his seventh album, released in 2018, debuting at #2 on the Billboard Country chart.
The Great Delta Bear Affair will take place in downtown Rolling Fork on October 23, 2021.
