- Space size 10 x 12
- Space fee: $30.
- Spaces are available on the lawn of the Sharkey County Courthouse. Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. All assignments are final.
- Assignments will be made after the application deadline, and will be mailed or emailed back to you. Deadline for receipt of applications is October 7, 2022.
- All vehicles must be out of the festival area by 9 a.m. Saturday.
- Reunion organizers are responsible for their own tents, tables and chairs. Be prepared for any weather condition.
- It is the responsibility of the group reserving tent space to clean all trash from the reserved space prior to leaving for the day.
- Coolers and food are allowed to be brought into the festival area by those reserving reunion tents or vendor spaces ONLY. All other coolers are prohibited.
- No unauthorized vending or solicitation
